Communicated on when they were about 10 minutes out, arrived and walked through the disorganized packing that I had done. Asked questions on anything they needed clarification on and got to work. They had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs since my apartment doesn't have an elevator and I could not be more grateful for their work! Truck was packed efficiently and well, only damage was to a 6 ft bookshelf and more than likely due to my driving or the cheapness of the bookshelf - however they communicated the damage right away when they noticed it. No complaints, they made the moving process so much less stressful.

The movers that arrived from Express Movers were professional and they worked really hard to get all the moving done in time. They did not even take any breaks, they worked non-stop and were able to move all my belongings from the U-boxes to my apartment. U-Haul-Moving Help actually had the wrong phone number for Express Movers on their website, but when I emailed Terrance at Express Movers, he called me back right away and confirmed the moving services. I definitely recommend Express Movers!
