Travis and DC from Joe's Moving arrived on time, were friendly, and treated my belongings with care. My sofa was too large too fit in the elevator at the new apartment building, and they carried it all the way up to the third floor. I would hire them again. Joe did a great job of communicating with me about the move.

Only 1 moving helper arrived at the appartment. He started the move while the 2nd person arrived 30 min later. As a result the loading exceeded the 2 hour time we booked. We had to pay for an extra hour since it took some extra time after the 2 hours we reserved. Everything would have been a 5 star review if both helpers would have been there at the same time. So while the movers were great and friendly, the extra hour that we had to pay, left a bad taste about the experience.

These guys were wonderful! I had more than I thought and couldn’t get it all in the trailer, but they moved things around, and I didn’t have to get rid of too much so it all worked out. Hard-working and friendly I would totally hire them again! Thank you!
