Brian contacted me via email the second day after I made a reservation to confirm his arrival time on the day of our move. On the move-out day, Brian and his teammate arrived promptly and did a great job moving and packing the UBox containers for us. We are grateful to Brian and his teammate's help!

Mixed review- they did a great job while they were here. They were very efficient and handled our items with care. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. However, they did show up an hour late (things happen, this wasn’t a huge problem). But they also left early and didn’t put in the whole 4 hours of work I paid for. They worked for 3 hours 20 minutes including the 30 minute drive time each way. We ended up having to move the last boxes ourselves. I still gave a generous tip for their hard work. I did reach out to Brian to see if there was a miscommunication about the time but he never answered.

Outstanding load. Bryan and Nolan packed that truck to the seams and treated my wife and I with tremendous respect the whole time they were with us. You definitely get a big outfit’s quality for a much cheaper price by choosing Master Movers. Their work is outstanding. I drove cross country and the truck sat still over every bump because they distributed the weight of our belongings so well. Cannot say enough about how proud I am of their work. My money was very, very well invested.
