Labor 4 You

We used them in the past and had really good service which is why we called them again This time we had the same crew lead Mike He was awesome and professional However his team this time was not stellar We asked them to stay an extra hour I was trying to get it paid for via the app and they sat in the truck saying they weren’t working if they weren’t getting paid we paid for the hour they might have worked 20 minutes of it and I heard one of them say that they should milk it Additionally there was an item broke instead of sharing that they left it on a top shelf in the basement so it wasn’t visible I also had a newly refinished dresser with a couple of chips on it, not paint chips actual wood gauges There was no communication about that either We gave them a decent tip and I did text my contact with NO response from them Disappointing.

I would highly recommend Labor 4 You, they have a passion for moving and it shows. They worked very hard and fast on a Sunday in the heat of August in KC, and did a great job for us.

I asked for 4 movers and 3 showed up. In addition several items were damaged in the move. Blankets were provided and should have been used. If you think this crew will help cover your valuables even with blankets sitting there, forget it! The crew that unloaded the truck was appalled at the careless job they saw. Be aware consumers!
