I spoke with Mass Movers a couple days after booking their services to coordinate an arrival time which helped with our planning for move day. I spoke with Mass Movers the day of the move to confirm their arrival time and everything was a go. The crew arrived on time. The two gentlemen were Diego and Greg. Both of these gentlemen were professional, they did an excellent job listening to our needs and coordinating with us, and they were careful with the loading and unloading of our furniture and helping us arrange the furniture in our storage unit. I highly recommend Mass Movers. This is the third time I've used Mass Movers in the last three years.

Late, Gouged furniture, broken items, heavy pieces placed on top of fragile pieces, cords for powered couches placed in an unknown location. Would not recommend.
