The guys did great and were very fast once they arrived. However, they arrived about 1.5-2 hours late and did not communicate with me that they would be late until after the time they should have been arriving. When you're trying to pack up and hit the road, that's a big delay but the issue wasn't so much the delay as much as not being updated in a timely manner about the delay.
