Everything was amazing except one of the movers kept stopping to text. They were still very fast & smart about how they worked. They needed little tiny breaks anyway between large items, just didn't love seeing a phone in hand. Would have rather he talked on the phone instead of texting.

Good experience overall but communication was poor. I did not receive a call after booking. I first spoke to Frank’s the morning of the move when I called Frank’s. They Start time was not clear. Cash tip of $50 each was provided.
