I was able to confirm through text with Jose at Galvan’s exactly what time the movers would coming to help in advance! He also kept us updated on the day-of during a minor delay - even though the movers ended up being a little early in the end! (This was also something Jose gave us a heads up about) The movers, Raul and David, were very friendly and worked efficiently and professionally! They also had great taste in music Raul and David went above and beyond to also help us move out the old washer and dryer in our new property that our property owner refused to get rid of! That was not in my service request as I didn't know at the time of booking that the landlords wouldn’t be moving it out, so Raul and David were a life-saver with that! If we move again any time soon I will certainly be contacting Galvan’s again! I’ll be recommending them to friends and family too. Thank you so much, y’all!
