The movers arrived on time and were efficient. They needed a tool for my bed frame, left theirs at a customer’s house, sent me to a hardware store as they continued to unload. I gave them the payment code before realizing things weren’t right. My sectional was missing a cushion. I called the owner immediately but his voice mail was full. He only corresponds via text. I have 2 flights of steps and had already gone up and down them several times looking for the cushion. Finally found it on the floor ABOVE me sitting at that person’s door. I also noticed the entertainment center (which is extremely heavy and can’t be moved by myself) was sitting in the middle of the living room and my dresser&chest of drawers were sitting in the middle of my bedroom. The owner got very nasty with me via text saying things would’ve been put where they belonged had I not gone to the hardware store. The guys were booked for 2 hours, finished with 15 mins to spare. The owner finally sent them back next day.
