We provide two experienced warriors per order unless otherwise discussed. You provide the truck, and we provide the labor. No haggle pricing, and always professional customer service provided.
It’s a great price for a moving service but you get what you pay for. The customer service and communication leading up to the reservation was great, and when the guys first arrived it was great. I was impressed by their efficiency and how quickly they were getting things done, but after an hour of work they assumed the job was done and asked for the payment so they could leave. It was extremely hot that day so I understand not being able to move in that kind of weather but don’t offer services if the job can’t be completed as promised. I expressed that I could’ve used the help and if I was only getting an hour of help could I only be charged an hour and was told no I’d still be charged the 2 hour minimum. After they left I contacted them in hopes that they could rectify the situation because I was dissatisfied with the service and was told they would look at the schedule to see what they could do and call me back, but never actually did.
