We booked 4 hours and ended up needing 5. They would not start before 9am and left at 2pm without finishing the job because they had another job. Which could have been avoided if they had started earlier or TOLD US that they had another job scheduled after ours. Also were surprised we wanted them to wrap furniture even thought we TOLD THEM that during a lengthy pre-move phone call. Would not recommend.

Jeff and his partner were professional and worked non-stop to get all the heavy furnture we had to our new apartment expeditiously and without any problems. Saved us quite a bit from dealing with larger moving company and I would highly recommend them for persons wanting to avoid that extra expense.
