I was mostly pleased with the services provided on the day of the move. They were about an hour and a half late, and I had to call them to get updates on that, but once they arrived did good (quick!) work. Over half of the moving blankets provided by UHaul were not used though, and that resulted in finding a lot of damaged and gouged wood furniture upon unloading at my destination. Actually, nearly every piece of my furniture picked up some level of cosmetic damage from the move; nothing was broken beyond functionality. Additionally, some very light lampshades were placed beneath heavier items (I was not able to personally watch them load everything, or I would have mentioned this and fixed it at the time)- movers at my destination remarked on the fact that things appeared just sort of thrown in. I can't fault them too hard for this, but I would definitely try to be more observant of the actual loading process if possible when you hire them. Other fragile items fine, generally pleased.
