Overall I was impressed they did great job with packing the truck and took good care to protect items.I have hired several movers in past never seen any movers pack truck as good as they did. The made sure everything was secure. I would hire them again

We should have stepped in sooner to help give more direction. We expected the team to take stock of what needed to be done and get it done more efficiently. They did not begin moving the furniture as soon as they should which meant the elevator was left unused for much of the time. That is the reason I asked for 3 people...so that packing an moving would have gone more quickly. They were very friendly but they were inefficient.

I had chose to work with UHaul movers at the last minute due to the poor communication and lack of professionalism from All My Sons movers. Mo Pack n Move were life savers! Miranda, Anthony and Amen were very professional, comminicated effectively, and handled my items with care. This was a local move and they were able transfer all my furinture and boxes from my 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment to a similair apartment with 2 flights of stairs in 3 hours. I highly recommend these movers and cannot thank them enough !

Very communicative and professional! Clearly communicated traffic delays, quickly responded to questions over phone, asked questions as needed to do the job right. Came prepared with their own equipment if needed and made sure items were protected from damage. No complaints
