I booked Chris and Tra for my move today for the 1st time. They called immediately to confirm my reservation and they called the day before for a 2nd confirmation. They showed up early which was great! They greeted me and was very polite while engaging in conversation. They moved swiftly and efficiently and was very careful with handling my things. They were careful not to damage the premises as well and I appreciated that. We ran into a lil snag trying to get my box springs up a tight stairwell, but they offered to come back and assist if I decided to get smaller ones. I would schedule these young men again in a heartbeat! Thanks again Chris and Tra for your hard work!

In all of my. 68 years, these guys were amazing! They were prompt, courteous and careful with our vintage family heirlooms as if it were their own. Chris and his helper were courteous and easy to work with. They were careful with the furniture, boxes, and miscellaneous items as they loaded them in the box. I would recommend them to anyone needing a move using the boxes. And would use them again the next I need this type of service from U-Haul.
