The crew did an amazing job packing up our U Haul for a drive across the country. This was the second time I’ve used Family Time, and the second time they did great work. On time, careful with all our items, and communicated well. Would not hesitate to use them again!

These guys are awesome! We had a large household to move and these guys worked very hard to make it all happen! I even hired them for the next day to unload our pod container! Definitely recommend and would use them again!

Anthony did not bring any of his own moving equipment except for a hand cart. He had no wraps, extra boxes, a dolly platform, and his hand cart was really small. His assistant was slow as hell. They went over 1 hour. Anthony requested that I pay him an extra hour via Venmo. They didn't make the most convenient fit of the truck. I've always booked 15-ft trucks with no problem. They forgot to pack the 65-in TV. It was left in the hallway at my old place. It's gone now. Because of how slow the other guy was, I ran out of time to pick up my vehicle to be tow hitched to my U-Haul, and I went straight to my new location so I can retrieve new house keys in time. I anticipated an hour and a half tops. They took 3 hours total. They really dropped the ball this time.
