Incredible team that were highly communicative and efficient! Certainly didn’t expect to see more than 2 people, but glad I did as the move was highly efficient! They were extremely careful with a few items that were delicate which was a relief! You certainly deserve to be at the top of the list for moving help! Lane moving was great! Initially I was nervous to book through the U-Haul app, but I appreciate there was a phone number so I was able to connect with Kristal to discuss the move before booking. She communicated clearly throughout the process. I cannot believe the team including Kristal, Michael, Roland, Chris and Anthony were able to unload my truck and move it up 3 flights of stairs in under an hour! Everyone was extremely kind and professional and hard working. I will definitely consider Lane Moving again in the future!

Kristal runs an extremely efficient moving business, her crew is extraordinary in their efficiency and the care of both items they are handling and the property. The truck was packed perfectly and securely for a 15 hour drive. Kristal and her crew were highly professional and courteous. I highly recommend this moving company.

Lane moving did a fantastic job unloading our 20’ UHaul full of delicate items and furniture. We were moving from Philly to St. Louis and we had numerous delays due to the weather. Kristal was super accommodating, very kind and responsive. We were worried about this move as we have acquired a lot of treasured items, and we have had poor experiences in the past with other moving teams. The team did such a great job moving our things to the 2nd and 3rd floors of an older house with tons of staircases. They did it much faster than expected and with great care. A huge thanks to Kristal, Anthony, Michael, Darius and Roland. I would highly recommend this crew.
