Movers were very courteous and professional. I got an email the day before my U-Box delivery saying that the U-Box pick-up and loading service part of my order was cancelled. It turned out to be a mistake made by U-Haul's system - Streamline Company was very understanding and reached out right away to confirm if I had actually cancelled services. I was able to get the service reinstated after e-mailing and calling the U-Haul company. The day of the move went very smoothly and communication was great. They brought the U-Box over and were able to bring everything down in one elevator trip (I live on the 5th floor). Everything was loaded into the U-Box in less than an hour and they made sure to load it in a way where my boxes would not shift around too much. They were very friendly and I would highly recommend them!

These Guys Did Not Care About My Furniture. They Dragged My Furniture Down My Stairs. They Were Not Professional At All. They Arrived Late . So Me And My Brother Had To Help Them. I Use To Work For Fry- Wagner Moving Company. These People Should Not Be Considered A Them A Professional Moving Company. I Was So Mad I Was Screaming At Them To Stop Dragging My Furniture Down The Steps!!!!
