These guys were fantastic! They were so efficient, professional, and careful with my items. I’m usually wary about strangers handling my things but they were so down to earth and treated my items with as much care as they would their own. I had a terrible experience with this moving company yesterday. I booked them for 2 hrs, expecting the job to be done within that time based on previous experiences with another company from this platform. Although their rates were higher, I was okay with it. Before the move, I discussed the possibility of exceeding 2 hours and was told we could pay via Zelle if that happened. During the move, it took longer than 2 hours, as they seemed to work slower. At the destination, they suddenly informed me the hourly rate was now 1.5 times higher than the initial per hour rate.This led to an argument as we had discussed the possibility of overtime. I refused to pay the higher rate on principle.The movers threatened to leave us with a truck full of stuff unless we agreed to their terms. We stood our ground, refusing to pay more since the higher rates weren't disclosed earlier. They also claimed 3-4 small boxes were hidden items. They showed no customer empathy. Avoid this company.

They were very quick with communication. They were professional and friendly. They loaded the truck in less than half the time I thought it would take. The truck was fully packed, but they got everything to fit. I was very impressed with their work.
