I paid for 5 movers as I knew I had many furniture items that might be difficult to get upstairs into the correct rooms. Unfortunately, when they showed up, I discovered 3 of them were teenagers that needed to be supervised and regularly failed to follow repeated, clear instructions, and were often idling. Several furniture items were disassembled to make it easier for them to move, but only one was attempted to be reassembled (with parts missing), with the others being left in pieces in various incorrect rooms (I've found pieces of one bed frame in 3 different rooms and I'm still missing pieces of it). When they left, several small items were still on the l truck and heavy boxes and trash were still in the front yard. I am going to have to hire another moving company to help sort out everything and get items into the correct rooms. The one good thing I can say is that they did eventually show up and did unload enough from the truck that I was able to return it on time.

Incredible experience. I was nervous to hire through the site without explicit statement of background verification, but I'm very happy I pulled the trigger. I hired 2 helpers but only the owner made it. His assistant no showed. That wasn't a problem though, because he did the work of 2 workers on his own. Not just that, but he did it in the pouring rain, up a sharp hill, and finished like a champ. This is the guy you want helping you.

I couldn’t ask for better movers. The two young men were very conscientious. They were very careful with every item they moved and many of my items were very heavy. They showed up on time and quickly moved my items.

They were great guys, careful with my stuff, very polite and so helpful. I’m so glad they were available last minute for me today! I’m also thankful they were able to move my furniture around my mess. I wiil definitely be calling them for my next move and I promise it won’t be such a mess. Thanks again!

Ken arrived over an hour late. Had to reach out to him after being 30 minutes late to find this out. Felt he didn’t have his regular helper with him, as didn’t appear strong enough and picked up a third helper to help in unloading. Don’t think that I’ll be using again in the future.
