Crew was fast and efficient with the move, but some of the items were not adequately protected in the box truck. The couch was exposed to the walls and got black stains on it while some of the furniture blankets were left unopened in the plastic packaging. The tv was stored upright and resulted in the tv leg breaking in half and bending the other leg. Tv stand was taken apart for easier transport but now some hardware for the shelf is missing.

Marvin & Esah (sp?) from Mission Possible Movers were EXCELLENT! Marvin called 2 days before our scheduled unload date & confirmed that they'd arrive in the morning as requested at approximately 930A. The morning of, Marvin called again to notify me 75 minutes prior to arrival of a staffing hiccup (ill child of 3rd staff), but was clear & transparent about the reduced cost & how I'd be reimbursed. We were both confident that the load (a 26 foot Uhaul at or near its weight limit) could still be handled, which it was & still well under the time I'd requested). While onsite, Marvin & Esah were professional, engaging, strong, and full of personality. They asked if they could play music, and we were treated to everything from Sinatra to pop to rap. Obviously, they've worked as a team for a long while. While we're not looking to move again soon, Mission Possible Movers will be top of my list if we need lifting assistance around the house in the future. Thanks again guys!
