Terrible experience with this moving company. They were not experienced movers, and it showed. They had no idea how to pack, a family member had to show them, yet they still couldn’t fit everything in a 20 ft truck. They ignored our dolly and used U Haul’s, adding a $7 charge. They were slow, inefficient, and dragged furniture instead of lifting it. They ripped up transition strips, left large scrapes and gouges on walls, doors, and frames without telling us, and didn’t use straps or equipment as promised. They also mishandled the dolly, denting and scratching appliances and furniture, even dropping multiple items. Avoid this company!
