Chris and Kevin were on time, finished early, and wrapped our big items during the move. We traveled 6.5 hours and not a single item had shifted or broken, including one giant and heavy hutch with glass and mirrors and lightbulbs. We also picked up another Loadshare 12-foot trailer in addition to our 20-foot trailer and dropped it off in this rural area in Illinois, but the turns and stops were no match for All Star Assist's packing! They brought some of their own equipment, were pleasant and made this stressful event easy on me (and my husband who would have had to find people to help him move some of the items). Don't think twice - just book these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Remember the end of the month is a busy time for movers. If you can book early and be flexible with your time, it's best for all.

The owner called 1 hour before scheduled time to cancel the job. The current job was going long. Told him the house goes 4 sale tomorrow. He showed up 2 hours late. He wouldn't wait while we got the lock for the UPod. He said 'this job could've waited until tomorrow'. He was nasty and argumentative. He sent me a text saying he never steals from his clients & he makes twice what I do. HUH?????? The reason for the lock is it needs to be locked. He took the pod to UHaul where he the made the employees lives hell. He cussed & just a nasty person. I'm surprised he has gotten 5 stars. He wouldn't leave until my daughter got there so no one could accuse him of stealing. Chris was impatient and called me AGAIN & asked where the F##K my daughter was. Eventually he left the UHaul store and my daughter showed up. I told him never call me again and quit blowing up my phone. F minus

The guys were early and quickly assessed the move. They worked fast and efficiently and asked questions when they were unclear on what I wanted. They packed the truck like ROCK STARS and fit way more in that I expected. Not a single thing broke! They were courteous and friendly AND! They did this all in the ice and snow. I never plan on moving again lol but I will absolutely recommend them to others and hire them again if I need help with moving big things around.
