Positives, Helpers worked hard on a very hot day, they showed up when they said they would. Negatives, requested to have 3 helpers but only received 2 (hours were adjusted to compensate for fewer helpers), loaded heavy boxes on top of formal dining room table which caused both tables legs to collapse during transit. (this was a heavy duty table). Also had two lamps broken and a coffee table.
