I have been helping people move for two years. My team is fast efficient and respectful to all customers. We take pride in helping our customers safely move their belongings from point A to Point B.
Everything was great, overall it wasn't a bad experience however, I am not a fan of surprise fees. I was told in the last hour of the job it when it started to rain a little bit, that he charges an 'inclement weather fee' of 100 dollars that I had to pay on the spot in cash or cashapp. I don't recall that being disclosed when booking the service through uhaul.com. I also found in unprofessional to drop that type of fee on a customer during the job instead of disclosing it either on the site, or at the beginning of the job when it was known that there was a possibility of rain at some point during they job. I didn't actually believe he was being serious at first because it wasnt raining too bad and majority of the work was under cover, and I had made a light hearted joke but awkwardly found out that he was serious. So, if you plan on booking them check the weather first if you want to avoid a surprise inclement weather fee of 100 dollars.
