I've hired Moving Help services 12 times since 2016, and the services I received from GO MOVE company was overall the best service I have ever received from U-Haul Moving Help service. The owner, Justin, was professional at all times. He was cognizant of how he handled the furniture and prevented any damage to any property. Additionally, Justin kept me well informed and was polite and respectful. Lastly, I'm big on reviews which is why I hired GO MOVE in the first place as the company rating is high. My experience with GO MOVE was OUTSTANDING. I hope my review will help future customers when making their own decision on which company to hire for their moving needs. The movers damaged the couch, lost a lamp, and broke our balcony lights during the move. Most disappointingly, the company completely ignored all requests for resolution even after multiple phone calls, text messages, and emails. There are many other options available. Don't trust this company to keep your items safe or to resolve any loss or damages to your property.
