I contacted this company for a refund after the move was completed in 2.5 hours rather than the 4 I originally requested. They outright refused to issue me a partial refund. This after I tipped the actual movers $100 a piece. It is unfortunate that their diligent work ethics are wasted within a company that moves in robotic adherence to unethical policies. I’m disappointed to find that $65 wasn’t worth this poor review.
