I understand being late more than most people, but communication is key. On the day of our move we had them booked at 2pm. They called a little after 1 and said they’d be a few minutes late - which is no big deal. After several calls they essentially overbooked, over promised, and under delivered greatly. They did not arrive until 440PM - at which point our moving truck was almost completely unpacked. I hired movers so it would be easy on us but we did everything ourselves. Instead of offering a partial or full refund before departing, the movers required the full payment code to depart. Not only are we out the money we paid, but additional money since we were late to drop off due to the movers.

Sam and team were great! Sam called me within a few hours to confirm the day and time of the move. They helped me load and unload a two bedroom unit with time to spare. Even the largest items were handled with ease. Sam and team were even kind enough to organize the boxes based on rooms. I appreciate them making, what is typically a taxing process, far more manageable. If you need help that is there on time, communicative, careful, and gets the job done, don’t hesitate.

Sam and Ty were amazing. They showed up early, they were great to work with. They went the extra mile and stayed 30 min late with no complaints. This is second time I have used Sam & team and I will absolutely use them again. Awesome work guys!!!
