I purposely waited 2 months to give this review. No emotion. The owner of this company is a horrible example to his employees and to us who spend our hard-earned money with this company. To make a long story short, he assured me that his team worked according to the system he described to me. When I questioned them about why they were using a different method, they said this is the only way we are going to do it. They refuse to follow my request! 6 hours and almost $1,000 later, they finish (unload only) the truck with a reserved elevator. I even paid for a fourth person because the owner assured me they finished in three. I had to start working halfway through. I was treated poorly when I question the lead and was even threatened. He even told me he didn't trust me when I was trying to slowly move the truck away from the wall so my wife could stop standing in the 40 degree rain. The owner returned and refused to honor his word. He made it clear that he only wanted money. Poor example!

Jeremy and his team did a great job! Very efficient and were able to unload our entire truck in the time set. Also did a great job taking caution with our delicate items.

Showed up one and a half hours late. I had to call them to ask them where they were to confirm they were still coming. They lacked professionalism during the move and treated me like one of their bros when all I wanted to do was move my stuff.
