TBE MOVERS

This mover provided the worst moving experience I’ve had in my life. They did not contact me to confirm information, I had to contact them. They were dismissive when contacted and asked me to text them the information. Despite me having done that, they still mixed up the moving day. On the day I was moving, they were 2 hours late and had the wrong address. This delay caused me to be late to the next location and I’d already paid for 2 hours with movers there that I was not able to move. They cost me a lot of time and money, and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. They were not able to get all of my belongings and did not provide the amount of time paid for, due to being late. They dropped several things and got dirt on a lot of my furniture. They busted a box and made me clean it up. They were also arguing with each other the entire time.

They showed up at the time promised and were very professional. It was obvious to me that they have a lot of experience packing a truck to maximize the space, while protecting the furniture. I highly recommend TBE Movers.

Before move the communication were great. When reached out to well in advance to accommodate the time change it was accepted. Arrived on time for the loading. During our conversation I asked if they have dolly and they can bring it which they agreed but when came for loading arrived without one. When started loading they were slow and of the two one was just taking its own time to bring stuff so we had to jump in to help with hauling and loading the boxes. It might not be issue of the overall company but loaders were slow And at the end of the hour both were just stuffing items leaving lots of empty spaces and trying to just get the item stay together by forcing items.
