Justin was great about communicating prior to moving day. I ended up having to change my day and they were flexible and quick to respond. I was amazed by how much they accomplished in 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again

The helpers included someone who was obviously filling in. they were polite and pleasant but took far longer than they should to complete the job, did not have the necessary dollies to move quickly and left 10 boxes in the hallway when I sent them away after they went over by an hour.

Although the individuals were prompt with communication and arrival, we experienced trouble during the loading process of our items. We explicitly tried to explain to the movers how the truck needed to be loaded, what items needed to be placed in first in order to be max efficient. Neither of them listened, and thus caused them having to unpack the moving truck an hour into the process IOT fit in the some leftover larger and heavier items. This resulted in the movers throwing last minute items on top of fragile already packed items, even though we tried explaining that it was not the best process and again attempted to guide them in the right direction. We felt very unheard and felt our items were treated with extreme neglect. Instead of sticking around to ensure we were satisfied with the job they rushed off, and we were left with a multitude of broken and damaged goods before even beginning our trip; that the company now wants to label as 'unprotected' when we did purchase coverage.
