Not sure if this was a system issue or not, but they showed up at the destination address and got lost. Communication was great, so we sorted that out quickly. The movers packed the truck efficiently, making the best use of the space. However, moving blankets were not used and furniture got scratches and paint transfer marks. One piece got dropped and damaged badly, and some boxes fell. I had some repairs to do. Boxes marked 'fragile' were crushed under other boxes. We lost an antique glass piece in one of these, which was shattered. I won't be re-hiring this organization through your service. I was impressed by one of your teams on a prior move. They gave me a card which I need to locate again for the future.

Justin was great about communicating prior to moving day. I ended up having to change my day and they were flexible and quick to respond. I was amazed by how much they accomplished in 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again

The helpers included someone who was obviously filling in. they were polite and pleasant but took far longer than they should to complete the job, did not have the necessary dollies to move quickly and left 10 boxes in the hallway when I sent them away after they went over by an hour.
