After confirming with me an arrival of 9am, the workers showed up at 8am. Not the workers fault as they were told 8am. We finally arrived to get stuff loaded and before everything was loaded they took off to new address. They were nice, but felt the communication was poorly handled.

Kevin (& his team, Marcus and Sam) was extremely helpful and very gracious in accommodating our changes in scheduling because of the long drive, particularly after we were exhausted having had to evacuate things from Florida regarding Hurricane Milton. Kevin made us feel like we were welcome as customers and that it wasn’t a problem to help us in any way. He was also excellent in communicating with us. Highly recommend this great moving help group!
