The move went well. The movers arrived within a couple of minutes of the start time, and immediately got to work after receiving preliminary help. The move went an hour longer because the location of the storage facility I was expecting changed. The extra time was understandable because the movers had to both go up and down elevators and it was a longer distance to the storage unit. The movers were personable and hard-working. I will definitely book them again for a future move.

They were very communicative with arrival time and the two men helping were friendly and very quick to unload! We had a 20 ft U-HAUL almost full and they unloaded in 1.5 hours!
