Brendan and Ryan were beyond outstanding! Uhaul did not issue my truck on time, which was like a dominoe effect on everything else scheduled that day. Brendon was able to accommodate critical, last minute changes and went above and beyond in not only finding me a truck, but drove it himself, saving me the towing dolly and one way drop-off fee. Very solutions oriented and customer-centric! You could tell they value their business and the people who entrust them with their services. They were flexible, communicative, understanding, and professional. They moved quickly and took care of my belongings. I've moved all over the country and have hired quite a few moving services. This was, by far, the most pleasant experience. They turned the day around and made the move happen without a glitch. Would hire them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them.

I am completely poor and homeless. I just found a place I can afford but can't afford movers. I couldn't afford uhaul either but I had no choice. I hired this co bc they had good reviews. I could barely afford cargo van I got. I had tons of stuff that was too much to get in van. This co 2 dudes that came went out of their way to pack van so I wouldn't have to come back to NC from TN to get rest of it. They cared about my stuff being broken fragile things. They were friendly and professional. If I had money I would hire them to move my stuff from NC to TN but I dont. But they did excellent job helping me. They worked with fact the previous moving co just threw my stuff in storage unit not caring.. Please hire them if u have chance. Normally people are rude to me they weren't. They took their time to strategize a Plan to help me pack everything. If I can get some extra money I like to pay them additional amount for what they did.

I had to cancel on a previous company for lack of communication but with Elevated the communication was so great, they made me feel so secure in my moving process. Elevated was so accommodating even after a minor inconvenience on my end, the reassured me they could get the job done and delivered! Very efficient and overall really nice guys. I will definitely be using this company again!

These guys were awesome! When I first made my reservation about a week before my move, they called the same day to confirm and go over the details. Today, moving day, they showed up right on time and introduced themselves before getting started. They quickly and efficiently unloaded my truck, and were very friendly throughout the entire process. I will definitely use them again next time I have a moving need, and will share their information with my friends when they need the same. Excellent service all around!
