Justin reached out to me thru text, immediately after booking their services. The following day, five minutes before the scheduled time, a young man pulls up and introduces himself, and says (I'm one of your movers and my help should be here shortly.) Very professional and driven; I will definitely call them again when my son's lease is up.

Justin was very responsive over text when I first booked GoMove. I originally booked on short notice for Saturday and he reached out to me to say they unfortunately weren’t available. However, when I said I was flexible and able to reschedule he was accommodating and quickly booked me a week day time. The moving help was great on moving day. They showed up on time and did not need much direction once I showed them everything that needed to go into the truck. They packed the truck well and had no issues bringing everything up the two flights of stairs at the new apartment. Would recommend this company for your next move!
