First of all, they were the only movers we have used that actually showed up on time. That’s the most important part. The others we have used were always 2-4 hours late which completely messes up the timing of the move. When they arrived, they worked diligently; however we paid for the minimum 3 hours but it ended up being only 1.5 hours because they unloaded everything into the garage and then asked where everything goes. We could not access anything with it all plied up so we just asked for the large furniture to be moved in the house. We will have to move everything else in ourselves.
