BAD! Do NOT Use. Entire experience was awful! Horrible communication. They showed up 1.5 hours late, didn’t help the full 4 hours, took over an hour lunch break, very unprofessional, they broke items by slamming down boxes clearly labeled; Glass-Be Careful or Fragile will break and they both smelled extremely bad. We had to use air freshener and open the windows to get the smell out when they left. One guy didn’t speak English and kept taking phone calls while trying to unload, the other was rude & screaming at his partner. Don’t use these guys!

Two movers who came were clearly not on the same page with the move as there was a tension between them as well as short comments between them. The two were also like a bull in a china shop with how they handled the furniture. Overall our belongings all made it into the apartment in one piece with no damage but it was a relatively tense move in.

It was a little challenging at first to confirm our appointment but once we connected it was all good. They called the day before and again on the day of unloading. Two men worked hard and got us done on time. No complaints, glad to have the help.

Needed additional movers called Handz to Handz and were able to get 2 guys scheduled in 100 degree weather. The called to say they were coming early. Very very efficient and packer wizards. They were amazing I would hire them again for sure.
