The sent to people to load our 20 ft truck, but sadly it was like just one man working because the other guy was not from too much help. One had a lot of years of experience and he did a great job very committed, agile and very professional. Very polite and apologetic. The other guy was still under training and not from too much help and also make the more trained guy doing a lot of effort by himself It make the process very slow and 2h was not enough not even to just load the heavy stuff, by the 1h mark I had to help the guy to take heavy stuff downstairs and load them to the truck. I had to do a lot of effort and at the end I was exhausted for doing a job a supposedly paid for. They had being doing jobs all day and just completed a heavy unload and I understand that, I understand the struggle and how hard the job is, but please also understand me as a client. I do have to recognize we called them last minute because someone cancel on us and they happily accepted to help us
