It was an overall disappointment. They showed up after an 8 hour move earlier that day, and they were clearly exhausted. They weren’t as careful with my stuff because of this, and they caused minor damage to my furniture.

The crew, lead by wayne, were diligent, hard working, professional and very constientious. They understood how to pack and load and worked non-stop . They were very careful in protecting our furnishings and paid close attention to every detail.
