Movin By Faith

We booked this help for our daughter, due to health issues, we couldn’t help with her move. I spoke to CeCe the night before and she said that they had one job before us, so they shouldn’t get there too late the next day. She told me she would call to let us know. I had to call her at noon. She said she didn’t know when they would be there. They had more people schedule. My daughter got a call at 1.17 saying they will be there in 3 hours. At 5.30, they haven’t showed. I called again. Around 6.00 they say they are in traffic. I called back to make sure they are going to actually show up. She says they will. My daughter gets a call at 8,30 saying they will be there in 2 HOURS! They told her they had an emergency moving job.They showed up at 10,40PM! Our business meant nothing to them and they lied as to why they were late. CeCe stopped answering my calls. My daughter said that the 2 guys were really great.That is the only reason for any 3 stars. I would have rather been told the truth.

Quick response from the team. We scheduled last minute & late in the evening. Guys showed up at 8pm & had the job done in under an hour. Very pleasant & professional! Did a great job, made sure everything was where we wanted it. Very happy with the service!!

Cicely and her sons were very helpful. Cicely handled all the details proficiently and professionally. Her sons, Trenton and Dontrae, are nice, trustworthy young men. They worked quickly, but carefully. They went out of their way to be helpful. They communicated to us and Cicely details all along the way. I highly recommend Movin By Faith.
