First time hiring movers I live on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Teddy called me within an hour of my order for uhaul to set up service and see what all I needed moved. Verified with me the morning of the move when he was to arrive, he wrapped my sectional and other furniture extremely well and made unloading for us super easy at our new place. They were moving and took around 2 hours or so to load the entire apartment for us. Made our move in the summer heat so much more easier, will definitely consider his service in the future.
