Overcome movers

Overcome movers pulled through and were able to help me unload the same day I booked them. However, I had originally booked them for 2 hours. I was informed on the telephone that my truck would require at least 3 hours minimum to unload. I agreed to change the reservation from 2 hours to 3 hours. While unloading the truck, they moved very quickly and I feel like more attention could have been given to how they stacked my items in the storage room. It was a little difficult going back in there to reach my stuff. Also some items were just stacked on top of each other without much thought given to it. They ended up finishing unloading the truck in less than 2 hours. The additional 3rd hour that I paid for was wasted.

I was impressed with the fact that they were young men. However, they were 30 minutes late to the job, they were unable to fit everything on the truck and the same items have been loaded and unloaded on this truck several times. It’s very unfortunate, but I would not recommend them for anyone, going forward.

The owner made it a point that it was his birthday the day it was scheduled, on top of that they were late. Once he arrived because we have cats he stated the was a smell and they took there time loading the truck. I would never use them again.

These guys worked hard and were super efficient. We got a late start due to an unforeseeable issue, but I was notified an hour before their arrival which I appreciated.
