A and A Professional Movers

On 10.21.24, A + A Professional Movers (A+A) did not use all of the 60 U-Haul pads we rented, all of the shrink wrap A+A requested that we supply to fully wrap & protect each furniture item and improperly loaded the U-Haul truck we rented. This resulted in $5,670 in damage to our furniture, as determined by a professional furniture repair company (FRC). We were present when the truck was unloaded on 10.24 at our new home. Some unwrapped pieces were shoved against other unwrapped pieces or the walls of the truck without full or any protection. We contacted A+A on 10.25 to report the damage. A+A requested (a) photos, which we emailed on 11.4, & (b) the damage amount to be reimbursed. On 11.18 we emailed A+A and (a) asked for reimbursement of $5,670, (b) asked for $250 for FRC's written estimate and (c) spoke with Adrian at A +A, who said he would respond that evening. Adrian never called us back or responded to the case we opened with Moving Help's dispute resolution center.
