I had an extremely disappointing experience with Charlotte Moving and Logistics. During the move, I heard something drop and went upstairs to find a noticeable hole in the floor at the top of my stairs. This was a brand-new house in pristine condition. When I pointed it out to Isaiah, he claimed he had no idea how it happened, despite the timing being clear. I asked him about repairing the damage, and he instructed me to get a quote and text it to him. When I did, he only offered to cover half the cost. I explained that the damage occurred during the move and that it was his responsibility to pay in full, but he continued to deny any fault. The way he handled the situation became increasingly unprofessional and disrespectful. Eventually, I reluctantly accepted $125 to end the matter. However, Isaiah added a condition that I couldn’t leave a review if I accepted the money, which I refused. This experience has been so poor that I feel obligated to share it to warn others.
