Roger and Zayquan showed up on time and got to work immediately. The guys were professional and friendly. They were able to move a washer and dryer down a flight of stairs with no dolly with ease. They were able to move what I needed in the 2 hour time. Very good movers.

Movers showed up over 3 hours late and by that time we had completed most of the loading. They worked 2 hours and got paid for 5 hrs. I was told I would get some money back but apparently that isn't going to happen as I have waited 3 weeks to hear back from them.

I got a call from them telling me they were 45 minutes away, but that wasn't true. They were 1.5 hours late starting which put us far behind. Smelled strongly of marijuana when they finally arrived. Seemed friendly & organized once they got our game plan for moving items to units A & B, but when they arrived at our destination house, several items were put in the wrong unit. But they were long gone by the time we realized, and these were heavy items that my husband and I had to move ourselves. They worked hard overall which we appreciate. I gave them waters which they asked for at the start of the job (wouldn't you think they would come prepared with their own?), & I bought their lunch. They ate at our destination house taking away 15 minutes from our prepaid time. One of the guys left his empty styrofoam drink cup in our driveway for me to clean up afterwards. They lit their joints in the car beside our house before driving off. Not appropriate, was a mixed experience. DNR.
