They were friendly. However, I had to reschedule to an earlier time to accommodate them because the time I booked was the time they wanted to use to get to another job. They spent over 30 mins moving one item so the boxes were not packed in the truck.

Was told 1 hour before the scheduled move time that the movers couldn’t make it that day, then that they could send one. Then ended up finding a second that definitely lacked experience. Were 45 minutes late but got the job done once they arrived.

Movers quoted me $40 to disassemble and assemble bed. I stated I will not need assembling as i am moving out ot state, so he quoted me half. Moving day, he charged my husband the full $40.
