Chapman Moving

Mixed Experience! We hired this team to help us load our U-Haul for a long-distance move. Leading up to the day, they were very communicative and professional, which we appreciated. They stayed in touch, confirmed timing, and were pleasant to work with throughout. On moving day, one mover arrived on time and got started quickly. The second showed up later, but once both were there, they worked fast and kept things moving. That said, we ran into some issues with how things were packed. Our small TV was laid flat in the truck with other items placed directly on top of it, which isn't safe for transport. Worse, our large TV ended up getting crushed, and our dresser was scratched and gouged significantly. While the crew was friendly and efficient, the lack of proper packing caused some costly damage. If you’re considering hiring them, I’d recommend being very clear about how fragile items need to be handled and keeping a close eye during the loading process.

I would have given 5 stars but a promise was broken my the owner. The movers damaged a few items of new home and the owner promised to give me a refund, but didn’t stand on his promise.

I have used movers before but not like Chapman! Jason and his team arrived not just on time, but early. They didn’t waste a second getting to work and unloading. The team each introduced themselves, and were extremely professional, clean and careful. Chapman moving is the best company I’ve ever used hands down. I WILL be using them again, period. I truly wish I could give more than 5 stars. Using any other company would be a mistake.
