Was great at the beginning, communicated well and were willing to work with us when we had issues with the truck. But then with trying to be fast they ended up packing up a few of our alcohol boxes which we specifically said to not pack because we were worried about breakage. And of course as soon as we drove off they fell over and broke. Spilling really expensive bottles everywhere and ruining our mattress and multiple boxes of items. On top of that one of the book boxes must have broken in transit but before we took off because the books were nearly stacked in places as opposed to everywhere so they must have done it or seen it and just not bothered to tell us. We could have fixed it before driving off if we had known. They finished a half hour early so there was plenty of time to do a better job.
