The move itself was fine. All of my items were loaded and arrived undamaged. In terms of timeliness, I got estimates from 3 movers who recommended the number of movers and hours I would need. I booked based on these recommendations. These movers were extremely slow! I ended up paying for an additional 2 hours for a job that could have been completed under the original time I had booked for. In terms of professionalism, I would not rebook because of this. I booked for a morning slot and confirmed days prior to my move that the 2 movers would arrive between 930am-1000am. I booked a moving truck separately and picked this up at 9am. While one mover was on time, the second mover did not arrive until 11am, therefore, the job didn’t start until then. On the day of, I also received multiple calls from both movers asking what time they should arrive, which shows they were not communicating with one another. Overall, not the best experience, but the job was completed, hence the 3 stars.

I was initially concerned about the service as I only received a confirmation from U-Haul after booking. I had to call the movers the day before my move to confirm. On the day of the move, they arrived late, which wasn’t a major issue. However, several items were damaged during the move, and the movers did not inform me. When I questioned them about one of the damaged items, they became defensive and claimed it was already broken, which was not true. I reached out to the boss, but the issue was never resolved. Disappointed with the lack of accountability.

The communication by Francis was FANTASTIC! They showed up on time and unloaded carefully, putting everything in the designated area! Very professional and polite! I like having the pod delivered AND unloaded the same day! Great service! They are the BEST!

Went well, however 2 things broke where they clearly knew legs on furniture broke and never informed us. This was obvious because they put the broken items inside of boxes. However the gentlemen were very nice and took care of everything, strictly business didn’t say a word the whole time. Thank you guys so much 5 stars from me.
