Communication was limited the day of and confirmed arrival time was delayed. However, once the team arrived, they began loading right away and were done within 2.5 - 3hours. A few nicks and dings on furniture but that was to be expected. Quick move!

I paid a large fee for the movers to move our piano and our piano was damaged. The movers clearly did not have any experience moving pianos because they asked us how the previous movers moved the piano. In the process of them moving the piano they broke the wheel of our piano making it unable to be moved, and unstable and unsafe for our children to use. I had to hire someone to fix the wheel to make it safe and stable again. I attempted to contact the movers to resolve the issue with them since they caused the damage. No one ever got back to me. I am unhappy that I paid a large special fee for them to move our piano and they caused damaged, and never contacted me back about it when I attempted to resolve it in a kind manner. I cannot recommend them to move pianos.

I've had multiple experiences with MovingHelp for loading and unloading Uboxes, but this recent encounter was notably unprofessional. I had scheduled a morning unload weeks in advance, but on the day, I had to initiate contact after not hearing from them, only to be told they would arrive between 1-2pm. They didn't show up until 6pm, and with only one of my two boxes. They claimed Uhaul restricted them from taking both boxes due to their truck's capacity, an issue I hadn't encountered with other providers. It took them two hours to unload the first box, and then they faced problems picking up the second box, which was loaded backwards on the trailer. With Uhaul closed, they postponed correcting the issue to the next day. Despite limited communication, they showed up unannounced the following afternoon. Based on this experience, I recommend avoiding this company if you value your time and possessions.
